This highly pigmented, viscous glaze, Candy Apple Red, is specially designed for brush strokes or opaque coverage at Cone 06. With one coat, it provides a beautiful translucent finish, but for full opacity and complete coverage, we recommend two to three coats. At Cone 6, it maintains a semi-transparent nature with no color change and fires to a glossy finish without the need for clear glaze.
